What you will do

• Own the commercial relationship with Retailer clients and deliver revenue plans through renewal negotiations for continuous services.
• Identify and convert opportunities to deepen commercial relationships and achieve growth targets.
• Maintain and expand relationships with client individuals and teams across multiple FMCG retail streams (e.g., hypermarkets, supermarkets, discounters, traditional trade, petrol stations, drug chains, FMCG online sellers).
• Represent hirify.global by participating in internal and external conferences and congresses.
• Develop a strategic, agile approach to grow a portfolio of clients with flexible solutions that deliver value profitably.

Requirements

• Experience selling enterprise-based solutions.
• Proven ability to generate business across a portfolio of existing clients.
• Understanding of the issues facing FMCG retailers.
• Fluency in business English and Czech or Slovak.
