Senior Solutions Consultant (AI)

Location: Remote within the Czech Republic or Slovakia, with occasional travel for customer meetings, workshops, and team events.

Base salary: CZK 966,000–1,207,500 per year.

What you will do

• Run discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, technology stacks, and success criteria.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and present solution concepts connected to customer use cases.
• Support the full sales cycle from qualification through technical validation and closing in partnership with Account Executives.
• Lead workshop-style sessions and address technical questions from marketing and IT stakeholders.
• Use AI assistants, copilots, and automation for prospect research, demo preparation, content creation, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services while improving presales assets and reusable content.

Requirements

• Fluent English required for presentations, written communication, and business conversations across Europe.
• Based in the Czech Republic or Slovakia and comfortable covering EMEA with occasional travel.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in presales, solution or technical consulting, digital or CRM agencies, martech, implementation consulting, technical account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience with enterprise or mid-market customers and confidence presenting to groups.
• Strong communication, discovery, curiosity, and structured-thinking skills.
• Active practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.

Nice to have

• German, French, Spanish, or Dutch language skills.
• Experience in SaaS, martech, digital marketing, ecommerce, or marketing operations.
• Familiarity with CDPs, CRM platforms, marketing automation, personalization engines, APIs, data integrations, webhooks, or SQL.
• Experience delivering demos, running customer workshops, or working directly with sales teams.
