What you will do

• Conduct discovery sessions to identify business challenges and technical requirements for enterprise prospects.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect platform capabilities to specific customer use cases.
• Support the end-to-end sales cycle in collaboration with Account Executives, from qualification to technical validation.
• Bridge communication between customer marketing and IT teams to address technical objections.
• Proactively utilize AI tools to accelerate research, demo preparation, and content creation.
• Contribute to the development of presales assets, including demo environments and use case libraries.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Czech Republic or Slovakia.
• Fluent English (C1+) for business communication and presentations.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical account management.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Active use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) in daily workflows.
• Understanding of martech, CRM, or digital marketing operations.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, or Dutch).
• Hands-on experience with CDPs, marketing automation, or ecommerce platforms.
• Technical literacy including APIs, webhooks, or SQL.
• Experience in SaaS or digital agency environments.
