What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of settlement agreements and maintain meticulous electronic records.
• Handle incoming calls, file opening and closing, and routine correspondence.
• Oversee invoicing and credit control processes independently.
• Schedule conferences and manage diary entries with high precision.
• Collaborate closely with the Regional ER Manager to ensure smooth unit operations.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Liverpool.
• Strong IT proficiency and experience with case management systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure and work independently.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and a team-oriented mindset.
