NDA Litigated File Handler (Counter Fraud): Managing a caseload of litigated RTA suspected fraud files for insurance clients with an accent on strategic evidence analysis and litigation management. Location: Hybrid (Bolton, UK) - must be based in the UK and attend the office at least 1 day a week

What you will do
- Manage fraud cases from the point of litigation through to full resolution.
- Conduct detailed review and analysis of evidence to set and agree on case strategies with clients.
- Identify strategic litigation opportunities and track emerging fraud trends.
- Liaise with insurers and conduct investigations to ensure compliance with procedural deadlines.
- Protect the client's position in proceedings and undertake advocacy where cost-effective.
- Maintain accurate case management systems and adhere to SRA Standards and Regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in civil litigation claims handling or as a legal File Handler.
- Legal qualification such as ILEX, LPC, or equivalent.
- Strong working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and indemnity principles.
- High level of analytical skills and experience with RTA pre-litigated and litigated caseloads.
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills with a focus on client care.
- Ability to work from the Bolton office at least 1 day per week
Nice to have
- Experience in handling linked and organised fraud.
- Qualified solicitor or CILEX with necessary practice rights.
