Senior Contracts Manager, Commercial (EMEA)

What you will do

• Manage a pipeline of commercial agreements with varying levels of complexity and stakeholder needs.
• Draft and review subscription agreements, AI terms, regulatory annexes, professional services agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and related documents.
• Negotiate contract terms with customer counterparts while supporting deal progress and protecting business interests.
• Partner with sales and internal stakeholders to provide clear, timely guidance throughout the deal cycle.
• Assess contractual risk and translate legal issues into practical options and recommendations.
• Improve sales enablement materials, playbooks, templates, and process documentation for scalable contracting.

Requirements

• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in a software or technology environment.
• Knowledge of technology agreements, complex commercial arrangements, and contracts involving regulatory or licensing considerations.
• Ability to balance business goals with legal risk and explain contractual concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
• Experience working across geographies and time zones, including awareness of differing commercial and regulatory norms.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and contract lifecycle management tools; openness to learning hirify.global’s workflows.
• Fluent English and residence in the UK or Ireland required; a law degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent practical experience is expected.
