Legal Counsel (Travel Tech)

What you will do

• Support product and commercial activity for the Airport Business Unit, with a focus on supplier agreements and selected customer deals.
• Advise product managers, portfolio managers, engineering, sales, finance, purchasing, and other internal stakeholders.
• Assess complex legal risks and manage legal and compliance matters across business-unit projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate supplier contracts and other commercial agreements.
• Advise internal teams on hirify.global policies, procedures, product liability, strategic partnerships, and related legal matters.
• Work with customers, suppliers, regulators, industry participants, colleagues, and management while communicating legal and factual issues clearly.

Requirements

• Law degree and qualification as a registered or licensed attorney, solicitor, barrister, or equivalent in a key jurisdiction such as Spain, the UK, the US, or Germany.
• At least 7 years of post-qualification experience combining private practice and in-house work, with substantial commercial negotiation experience.
• Experience advising technology-driven businesses, particularly in digital platforms, travel technology, product design, engineering, and applicable regulations.
• Strong understanding of contracts, analytical and risk assessment skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong drafting, organization, ownership, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and concise written and spoken English is required.
