Planner / Senior Planner (High Tech Construction)

What you will do

• Build project schedules encompassing full scope, milestones, and timelines using critical plan methodology.
• Define clear responsibility and ownership for project outcomes via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Manage fully integrated project schedules, ensuring adherence to execution plans and control strategies.
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and interdependencies between key partners.
• Provide regular progress updates and review external schedules for best practices.
• Baseline schedules and manage periodic updates.

Requirements

• Experience in scheduling and planning for large-scale, complex projects, ideally data centers or pharmaceutical builds.
• Demonstrated experience in quantitative risk assessment (QRA) and ability to communicate findings.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 planning software.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
