Senior Project Manager (Pharmaceutical)

What you will do

• Deliver capital projects safely, within budget, and according to schedule.
• Plan, execute, and track projects from concept and design through commissioning, qualification, and handover.
• Define project objectives, execution strategies, plans, and timelines in line with client requirements.
• Lead project teams, allocate the required expertise, and coordinate clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor cost, schedule, quality, personnel performance, compliance, and project risks.
• Report project progress, issues, costs, and schedules transparently to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project experience, including 7+ years on large Pharmaceutical, BioPharma, or Life Sciences projects.
• Relevant third-level degree in an engineering discipline.
• Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle.
• Proven cost-control and schedule-management experience, including delivery against targets.
• Experience delivering projects in a GMP environment and a strong understanding of engineering principles, practices, and standards.
• Fluent or business-proficient German and English.
