Senior Project Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Singapore City; on-site project delivery across the APAC region is required.

What you will do

• Manage AI infrastructure and GPU cluster projects from planning and scheduling through end-to-end delivery.
• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, and comprehensive project plans.
• Manage critical paths, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and changes through resolution.
• Coordinate AI infrastructure, data center, vendor, customer, and NVIDIA ecosystem partner teams.
• Track hardware procurement, transportation, installation, deployment, and readiness of racks, power, cooling, cabling, and networking.
• Lead integration, cluster validation, performance testing, issue resolution, production handover, and project reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical project management or project delivery.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, including meetings, business communication, and project documentation.
• Experience coordinating across departments, companies, or regions and driving customers, internal teams, and vendors toward delivery.
• Ability to understand AI infrastructure architectures, implementation plans, and test results and translate them into project plans.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects; familiarity with Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with data centers, GPU clusters, HPC, cloud computing, or AI infrastructure.
• Experience with AWS, Oracle, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, NVIDIA partners, OEMs, system integrators, or data center operators.
• Knowledge of servers, GPUs, DPUs, storage systems, networking, system validation, performance testing, and production handover.
• Experience delivering multi-vendor, multi-site, or cross-border infrastructure projects.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, ITIL, data center, NVIDIA AI Infrastructure, or cloud architecture certifications.
