Senior Manager - Automotive Warranty and Services Expert (f/m/x)

What you will do

• Review, challenge, and improve automotive warranty and maintenance service processes and products.
• Use data, AI, and technology to reduce costs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate Product, Tech, Legal, Finance, Claims, and external partners as the central project link.
• Improve planning infrastructure, implement cost controls, and create training materials.
• Optimize product content and grow revenue through revenue management and renewal initiatives.
• Share best practices across European entities and drive project rollouts from planning through implementation.

Requirements

• Up to 5 years of experience in automotive warranty and/or maintenance contract management, ideally with an insurer or OEM captive.
• Experience working independently with senior stakeholders at international scale.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, finance, or a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in an international automotive context.
• Knowledge of another European language.
