What you will do

• Define and execute the digitalization strategy for product cost and productivity management within Gas Services.
• Lead the development and optimization of productivity platforms, reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics capabilities.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, data-driven technology solutions.
• Drive digital transformation, automation, process improvement, and end-to-end project delivery.
• Govern IT infrastructure and applications while managing external partners, budgets, and technology roadmaps.
• Collaborate with international Business Areas and Business Units to align stakeholders and implement IT changes.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in digital transformation, controlling, business intelligence, or IT solution development.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects in an international environment.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, VBA, and modern reporting technologies.
• Knowledge of financial controlling, business processes, performance management, and data-driven productivity solutions.
• Fluent English, strong stakeholder management skills, and experience with Agile/Scrum project management.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
