Business Analyst, Delivery Promise (m/w/x)

What you will do

• Design, build, test, and deploy predictive Estimated Delivery Date models, including protection-buffer optimization across delivery regions.
• Maintain and improve Estimated Delivery Date accuracy and End-to-End Total Cycle Time data infrastructure.
• Build dashboards and analyze delivery performance metrics using SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
• Investigate operational delays through trend analysis and root-cause categorization.
• Design and implement cross-functional solutions to improve delivery reliability and cycle-time performance.
• Coordinate with Data Science, IT, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Vendor Operations, warehouse, and last-mile transportation teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in data analytics, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
• Experience with KPI monitoring, root-cause analysis, and data-driven process optimization.
• Cross-functional collaboration, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English, written and verbal, is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python or R.
• Exposure to ML orchestration or cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
• German, Czech, Polish, or Russian language skills.
