Head of Creative Strategy (DTC): Leading the creative strategy and multidisciplinary team for a high-growth wellness brand with an accent on performance marketing and data-driven creative systems. Location: Remote, hybrid, or onsite options available depending on location; headquarters in Vilnius (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) and hubs in Klaipėda and Riga.

Salary: 5500–6500 EUR/month.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end creative strategy across products, markets, and acquisition channels.
• Translate commercial priorities into actionable creative roadmaps and testing plans.
• Partner with the Acquisition team to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CVR.
• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary creative team of approximately 10 people.
• Build scalable creative operations, workflows, and prioritization processes.
• Present creative strategy, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading creative teams in a DTC ecommerce or high-growth consumer brand.
• Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, and modern paid social ecosystems.
• Experience building creative for the US market or international consumer brands.
• Ability to use performance data to shape creative decisions.
• Excellent people management skills with a focus on building high-performing teams.
