What you will do

• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy focused on pipeline generation and measurable revenue impact.
• Lead and develop a team of in-house and outsourced designers and marketing managers.
• Execute multi-channel B2B campaigns targeted at fintech and payments audiences.
• Define the growth roadmap and identify new acquisition channels.
• Build and manage the marketing budget, optimizing spend based on ROI.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Compliance to align messaging and lead generation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Head of Marketing or senior growth leader in fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Track record of leading marketing functions with a growth and performance orientation.
• Experience managing and developing both in-house and outsourced teams.
• Strong expertise in B2B marketing targeting business customers.
• Preferably based in Riga.
• Languages: English and Russian required.
