What you will do

• Collaborate with IT and Cyber teams to support systems, services, and processes.
• Manage user and device lifecycles in accordance with company policies and compliance frameworks.
• Communicate effectively regarding incidents and problems affecting the full tech stack.
• Maintain accurate registers, databases, and CMDB artefacts.
• Ensure device compliance with security standards such as CIS Benchmarks and ISO27001.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management platforms and Mobile Device Management (e.g., InTune).
• Proficiency in managing Windows, MacOS, IOS, and Android operating systems.
• Practical experience with TCP/IP networking, VLANs, and WAN/LAN environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot EDR, web proxy, and traffic inspection tools.
• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
