What you will do

• Lead and mentor IT team members to develop subject matter expertise and address knowledge gaps.
• Provide 3rd line technical support and serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the IT Service team.
• Manage the full employee IT lifecycle and maintain critical cloud-first systems.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to streamline ticket resolution.
• Balance daily support tasks with the delivery of essential long-term IT projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
• Solid foundation in supporting both macOS and Windows in a business environment.
• Experience with Identity & Device Management tools such as SSO, MDM (Jamf, Intune), and Google Workspace.
• Exposure to Networking, AV systems, cloud telephony, Zendesk, and Atlassian (JIRA).
• Exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Brighton, UK
