About the Role
You will provide hands-on IT support from the London office, manage the laptop lifecycle, and keep meeting-room AV equipment reliable. You will handle inbound support requests, run IT onboarding for new joiners, contribute to Tech Ops projects, automate repetitive work with tooling and Slack bots, and maintain internal IT documentation.
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset
- Knowledge of macOS, networking basics, and SaaS tooling
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure wiping
- Provide hands-on IT support in the London office
- Ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment run reliably
- Handle inbound support requests as a first point of contact
- Run IT onboarding calls for new joiners
- Contribute to Tech Ops initiatives
- Build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive work
- Write and maintain internal IT documentation and guides
