What you will do
- Provide priority triage and hands-on support for escalated end-user technical issues.
- Manage hardware lifecycle including installation, moves, and repairs for laptops, peripherals, and printers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems including VPN, Wi-Fi, and LAN access.
- Maintain and support AV conference room equipment and Cisco WebEx technology.
- Utilize ServiceNow and JIRA for ticket management and project tracking.
- Develop internal and self-service knowledge base documentation for best practice sharing.
Requirements
- Must be based in London, UK to support onsite needs (Hybrid).
- Strong experience supporting end-users within a large-scale corporate organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Managed Desktop, O365, and Intune.
- Technical knowledge of MacOS, Windows OS, and TCP/IP addressing.
- Experience with Cisco WebEx and AV conference room hardware.
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and travel up to 20%.
