What you will do

• Define and execute the global corporate IT strategy roadmap to support company growth.
• Manage the global IT support service, including incident management and employee satisfaction.
• Oversee IAM and Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes for over 270 users.
• Administer a fleet of MacOS, Windows, and Azure Virtual Desktops across 5 offices.
• Manage the corporate SaaS estate, AI tooling, and office connectivity/Wi-Fi infrastructure.
• Handle IT vendor contracts, licensing, and expenditure to balance cost and security.

Requirements

• Must have permission to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
• Experience as an IT Manager managing complex corporate estates.
• Ability to operate autonomously and make sound technical decisions.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with Security, People, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements in a fast-paced environment.
