Salary: $27.69/hr – $31.15/hr

What you will do

• Sell insurance policies to renters and property management clients via the ResidentShield platform.
• Handle high-volume inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding coverage options and policy changes.
• Provide expert guidance to prospective and current policyholders through complex decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with property managers to resolve billing updates and account inquiries.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all client interactions to ensure full compliance.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid Property and Casualty Insurance license.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 desktop applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in Irving, TX.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
