What you will do

• Map and analyze institutions, services, and programs relevant to the Safe at Home implementation and referral pathways in Jordan.
• Conduct a technical and programmatic review of Arabic materials against English sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Contextually adapt protection curricula for Jordan, ensuring alignment with local terminology and frameworks.
• Identify service gaps, accessibility barriers, and coordination opportunities within the Jordanian protection landscape.
• Align materials with Jordan River Foundation (JRF) curricula to facilitate future integration.
• Provide practical recommendations on referral strengthening and phased implementation.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in GBV, child protection, family violence prevention, or safeguarding.
• Full professional fluency in Arabic and English required.
• Demonstrated experience technically reviewing or adapting Arabic protection curricula and training materials.
• Strong technical knowledge of survivor-centered approaches, case management, and disability inclusion.
• Demonstrated experience conducting institutional or service mapping and research specifically in Jordan.
• Strong knowledge of the Jordanian protection and service landscape (legal, health, and MHPSS).
