What you will do

• Own and govern the Global Operations strategic portfolio, ensuring transparency on priorities, progress, risks, resource allocation, and dependencies.
• Lead the PMO team and drive consistent project and program management practices and reporting across Global Operations.
• Collaborate with functional PMOs, program and project managers, and counterparts in DDI and R&D to strengthen alihirify.globalment, governance, and delivery.
• Own the reporting data foundation to ensure reliable and accessible data for performance management.
• Enable self-service analytics and deliver dashboards and scorecards for leadership decision-making.
• Own and develop the performance management framework connecting strategic priorities and portfolio with operational KPIs and outcomes, including exploring AI to improve reporting and PMO practices.

Requirements

• Background spanning both portfolio/PMO management and data/BI.
• Proven experience in portfolio or PMO management in a fast-paced, cross-functional organization.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI/Fabric (or equivalent BI tools) and data infrastructures, bridging business needs and data solutions.
• Experience desihirify.globaling and/or operating performance management frameworks (KPIs, OKRs, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated leadership experience leading an international team across multiple time zones.
• Fluent English in writing and orally.
