Lead Scheduler (Mission Critical Data Center)

What you will do

• Develop, integrate, and manage detailed schedules across the full project lifecycle.
• Build collaborative relationships with clients and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Define project milestones, monitor progress, and report schedule performance and variances.
• Lead interactive planning workshops and perform critical path development and analysis.
• Establish schedule resource requirements and provide input to constructability reviews.
• Develop corrective action plans and support achievement of project goals and timelines.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in project scheduling for complex capital projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and collaborate with engineering, design, construction management, and commissioning teams.
