What you will do

• Develop, integrate, and maintain detailed project schedules and project controls tools.
• Define project milestones, monitor progress, and report schedule performance.
• Lead interactive planning workshops and perform critical path development and analysis.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, construction management, commissioning, and qualification teams.
• Support constructability reviews and establish project schedule resource requirements.
• Identify variances and communicate corrective action plans to project stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in project scheduling for complex capital projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Clear communication, interpersonal, time management, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Denmark and collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams.
