What you will do

• Lead project controls across budgets, schedules, resource requirements, costs, and project reporting.
• Oversee the on-site planning team and coordinate high-quality project data outputs.
• Track contracts, change orders, trends, actual costs, cash flow, accruals, and purchase orders.
• Manage change control across disciplines, including schedule and cost impacts.
• Oversee project risk management and mitigation planning.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to minimize disruption and deliver on time and within budget.

Requirements

• At least 20 years of experience in project controls roles.
• Experience with cost control, performance measurement, and project scheduling.
• Ability to interpret construction contracts and contract modifications.
• Experience delivering multiple projects in mission-critical, data centre, or life sciences environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
