Senior Cost Manager (CSA or MEP)

What you will do

• Lead the tender and bid process from initial documentation through to analysis and reporting.
• Manage the change management process to identify, analyze, and implement cost-affecting changes.
• Create detailed estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
• Oversee project spend through regular valuations and cost reporting.
• Facilitate the settlement of construction disputes and loss/expense claims.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to support the growth of team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Cost Manager, ideally within a consultancy background.
• Expertise in pre-contract cost management, budget control, and cost planning.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or a construction discipline.
• Chartered status or currently on the path to completing certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in Sydney, AU for hybrid work
