BIM Manager (Electrical)

Location: Rochester, New York, United States; Workplace: Hybrid

Salary: $75,000–$105,000 per year

What you will do

• Support the use of BIM software and workflows across electrical project teams.
• Maintain and improve BIM standards, templates, families, libraries, and shared content.
• Assist with software upgrades, deployments, plug-ins, testing, and Autodesk Forma projects.
• Provide day-to-day user support, troubleshooting, training, and practical support resources.
• Support model setup, modeling, detailing, schedules, content creation, model reviews, and quality checks.
• Coordinate with project teams, discipline leaders, Practice Technology, IT, and other disciplines to resolve production and coordination issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong Revit knowledge for electrical design and construction document production required.
• Experience with BIM coordination and project delivery workflows.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Engineering consulting or AEC experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Rochester, New York, United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Revit add-ins such as Elumtools and AXIS.
• Experience with Dynamo, automation, or related tools.
