BIM Specialist

Location: On-site in New York City, New York, USA

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 USD per year, plus a discretionary performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Set up BIM projects, create objects and families, and manage Revit Server from a production perspective.
• Manage BIM processes from project planning through execution and support client BIM delivery standards.
• Coordinate design changes and resolve model, design, and coordination issues across disciplines.
• Apply Revit and AutoCAD standards, maintain BIM development content, and ensure construction document accuracy.
• Automate processes and tasks using scripting and third-party tool integrations.
• Train and mentor project teams on BIM technologies and processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of design experience; experience with an MEP firm is preferred.
• Proficiency modeling across all A/E/C trades.
• Experience modifying Revit families and understanding family parameters and their proper use.
• Proficiency in Revit, 3D building modeling, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, training, and time-management skills.
