BIM Specialist III (HVAC)

Salary: $95,161–$117,552 per year

What you will do

• Create, maintain, and debug XSLT transformation code for product releases.
• Develop advanced parametric Revit content for complex HVAC products.
• Work extensively with product configuration applications and troubleshoot complex content-related issues.
• Test and communicate data and design problems for corrective action.
• Create and document BIM content standards, custom renderings, tables, and scripts for customer-facing software updates.
• Lead process improvement projects and mentor junior BIM Specialists.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional knowledge and experience with Revit.
• Knowledge of CAD systems, including AutoCAD and/or Inventor.
• Intermediate programming skills or higher.
• Ability to work remotely from Wisconsin and attend occasional in-person meetings.
