Senior VDC Engineer, Electrical (BIM/VDC)

Location: Remote within the United States; US work authorization required

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonuses

What you will do

• Own complex electrical BIM/VDC projects from planning through delivery.
• Build coordinated, constructible electrical models that reduce field issues and rework.
• Lead global modeling teams through clear scoping, quality control, and predictable delivery.
• Run coordination discussions, resolve clashes, and manage incomplete or ambiguous design information.
• Work directly with electrical subcontractor clients to address constructability challenges.
• Improve workflows, tool usage, standards, and best practices across the VDC practice.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in electrical VDC/BIM engineering.
• Experience delivering electrical models for commercial and industrial projects.
• Ability to lead teams without formal authority and work effectively with remote, global teams.
• Strong technical communication, coordination, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
