What you will do

• Supervise and support a portfolio of Advising Partners to ensure ongoing competence and regulatory alignment.
• Deliver coaching, challenge, and feedback through regular 1-to-1s and structured reviews.
• Support SM&CR and AR regime requirements, including Fit & Proper and KPI assessments.
• Identify advice risks, trends, and development needs to drive effective solutions.
• Design and deliver engaging training, induction, and Academy content.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for technical, regulatory, and T&C queries.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to work in a hybrid capacity.
• Background in T&C supervision, financial advice, or paraplanning.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards it).
• Strong knowledge of SM&CR, AR regime, MiFID, and PROD.
• Confident communication skills with a focus on coaching and problem-solving.
• Ability to balance regulatory standards with commercial realities.
