What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for compliance advice across Wealth, Growth & Marketing, and hirify.globalS collectives.
• Provide proactive guidance on COBS, PROD, SDR, CASS, and Consumer Duty regulations.
• Review customer journeys and marketing communications to ensure compliance and positive customer outcomes.
• Advise on financial promotion rules and regulatory guidance.
• Oversee and manage regulatory breaches and incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products are compliant by design.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Deep knowledge of Consumer Duty and FCA COBS rules.
• Hands-on experience advising on financial products within a bank, wealth manager, or fintech.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach to risk.
• Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
• Experience building strong relationships with diverse business teams.

Nice to have

• Experience incorporating AI into daily compliance workflows.
• Previous experience in a second line of defence (2LoD) role.
