What you will do

• Support the CIO and Investment Heads with performance oversight, analysis, and governance activity.
• Coordinate Investment leadership forums, including agenda management and follow-up actions.
• Prepare high-quality management information and communications for senior committees and boards.
• Monitor financial performance against targets and oversee budgeting and financial planning.
• Lead or coordinate Investments-led change initiatives and wider business projects.
• Act as a key contact for people-related processes, including talent and engagement activity.

Requirements

• Experience in asset management or a comparable environment with a strong understanding of investment businesses.
• Proven ability to analyze fund and business performance and translate insights into actions.
• Confidence in influencing and working with senior stakeholders across functions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information concisely.
• Experience delivering projects to time, budget, and scope collaboratively.
• Commercial awareness and a structured approach to problem-solving.
