What you will do

• Manage and coordinate engagement with regulators and industry bodies.
• Lead the development of responses to FCA consultations and policy papers.
• Provide strategic regulatory insight and briefings to senior leadership and governance forums.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Public Affairs to identify and mitigate emerging regulatory risks.
• Represent the organization at industry forums, roundtables, and working groups.
• Oversee compliance with internal regulatory engagement policies.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
• Significant experience in regulatory engagement within the UK financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of the UK regulatory framework and policy-making processes.
• Proven ability to build relationships with regulators and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex policy into strategic business insights.
