What you will do

• Develop and manage a strategic sales territory, identifying new accounts and business growth opportunities.
• Qualify and respond to leads, converting them into cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Conduct systematic prospecting and value-based sales processes for target stakeholders.
• Prepare service quotes and manage the post-sales process, including POs and contract reviews.
• Utilize Salesforce, CPQ, and ERP (BPCS) to track customer data and record sales activities.
• Provide market feedback on competition and activity to sales and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years of experience in service business and systematic sales prospecting.
• Experience with compressed air systems or similar technical industrial equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency with CRMs and database management tools.
