Salary: $88,850 – $130,317 plus discretionary bonuses

What you will do

• Act as a Site Manager for assigned accounts in the Columbus, GA area to create value through technical service.
• Maintain and grow revenue by identifying new opportunities within customer locations.
• Oversee site projects, prioritize workflow, and manage customer inventories and deliveries.
• Review and optimize treatment programs (cooling, boiler, wastewater) through routine monitoring and testing.
• Develop and implement sales plans with documented ROI and maintain a sales funnel in SFDC.
• Lead and mentor site team members and conduct annual business reviews.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in pulp and paper and water treatment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or science-related field.
• Proven sales track record with strong technical and selling skills.
• Experience providing field customer support, including operational and laboratory expertise.
• Ability to function independently and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of industrial water and utility operations.
• Prior experience in team management.
