What you will do

• Manage customer stakeholder relationships at engineering and management levels, responding to queries with technical rationales.
• Support customer roadmap enablement by collecting and communicating technical requirements and identifying local opportunities.
• Collaborate internally to align and coordinate on technical feasibility and product performance.
• Support business development by demonstrating product performance improvements and assisting in negotiations.
• Represent the voice of customers in discussions with business lines and senior management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting technical requirements and maintaining installed base performance.

Requirements

• Location: Taichung, Taiwan
• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Ability to access controlled technology as per US Export Administration Regulations.
• Strong communication skills for customer and internal stakeholder management.
