Business Development Leader (AI Datacenter)

What you will do

• Identify and shape strategic growth opportunities in power and thermal management for AI datacenters.
• Coordinate commercial, R&D, and operations teams across Interconnect Solutions business lines.
• Engage customers, consortia, ecosystem partners, and industry stakeholders to identify unmet needs and develop solutions.
• Lead cross-business opportunities from conception through execution, including business cases, resource alignment, and milestone tracking.
• Translate customer and market needs into technology development plans with R&D.
• Represent hirify.global in industry forums and help shape its perspective on the future of AI datacenters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in the power electronics industry.
• Knowledge of PCB, module, and subassembly-level power delivery and packaging.
• Knowledge of materials used in thermal and power management and electrical insulation at board, rack, and sub-system levels is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or innovation portfolio management.
• Strong project management, cross-functional leadership, communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with lean innovation and transformation frameworks.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without authority.
