Senior Proposal Specialist (A/E/C Marketing)

What you will do

• Research market trends, funding sources, clients, prospects, and target opportunities.
• Develop client-targeting strategies with technical and business-development leaders.
• Search for RFPs and coordinate them with the appropriate internal audiences.
• Plan pre-proposal and pre-interview activities and help develop pursuit win strategies.
• Write, edit, format, and produce qualifications packages, proposals, presentations, and interview materials.
• Coordinate information from consultants and team members and manage marketing collateral, events, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in A/E/C marketing or business development.
• Ability to build and nurture business relationships.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
• Strong time management, project management, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required to build working relationships with stakeholders.
