What you will do

• Coordinate team activities across merchandising, partnerships, and promotional pillars to ensure operational coherence.
• Develop ad hoc presentations and reports on brand engagement activities for management.
• Implement monitoring plans to track KPIs and ensure data compliance.
• Create and execute social media campaign concepts, focusing on merchandising.
• Leverage internal resources and AI-driven tools for content production.
• Liaise with the ESA social media team to enhance corporate brand engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Public Relations.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in branding, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Must be eligible to live and work in the EU.
