What you will do

• Conduct in-depth market analysis to define customer-centric product offerings and clear differentiation.
• Design and execute omnichannel marketing plans with a strong focus on digital channels.
• Manage online and offline communication campaigns and produce high-performing interactive content.
• Coordinate creative, media, and digital agencies for campaign development.
• Monitor key business indicators and campaign performance metrics.
• Support training programs for sales channels and commercial teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics (Master’s in Marketing/Business is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product or Marketing Management in multinational environments.
• Fluency in English (C1 level) required.
• Strong strategic and operational marketing expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation (e.g., Eloqua), and AI-based marketing tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently for workshops and meetings.
