What you will do

• Support the Global Social Media team in planning, creating, and executing activities across key platforms.
• Assist in content calendar management, copywriting, and day-to-day social media operations.
• Monitor social media trends and emerging formats to identify relevant brand opportunities.
• Develop engaging, platform-native content aligned with the brand's tone of voice and strategy.
• Track content performance and KPIs to provide regular reporting and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute social media campaigns and launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong passion for social media, digital culture, content creation, and storytelling.
• Knowledge of current social trends, creator culture, and emerging digital behaviors.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the office in Milan.
