What you will do

• Own organic growth and audience engagement across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other emerging channels.
• Build and manage a high-volume, video-first content engine to showcase SCAYLE STUDIOS' capabilities.
• Lead the LinkedIn speaker-head program, covering everything from positioning and ghostwriting to content planning.
• Write scripts and appear on camera to translate complex product features into engaging video content.
• Partner with Paid Performance Marketing to transform organic winning creatives into scalable acquisition campaigns.
• Iterate on GTM plays, including referrals, webinars, masterclasses, and partnerships.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in growth, content, social media, or general marketing.
• Proven track record of growing brands organically on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Strong storytelling, writing, and video production skills, with confidence appearing on camera.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Must be based in Hamburg, Germany.
