About the Role

You will lead B2B marketing expansion across the DACH region, building regional growth from the ground up. You will create multilingual outbound campaigns, own local events and webinars, partner on ABM and retargeting, analyze campaign performance, and adapt messaging for local business cultures.

Requirements

• Native German speaker
• Fluent English speaker
• Experience implementing marketing projects from start to finish and owning ROI
• Broad knowledge of growth marketing, including analysis, performance marketing, campaign planning, and event organization
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment
• Ability to act as the local directly responsible individual for marketing operations

Responsibilities

• Drive DACH B2B growth through lead generation and brand awareness
• Build and execute complex multilingual outbound sequences
• Own local industry events, user conferences, and webinars end to end
• Collaborate on ABM initiatives and localized retargeting
• Monitor campaign performance and produce executive-level reporting
• Recommend data-driven campaign optimizations
• Adapt global messaging for DACH business cultures
• Act as the local directly responsible individual for marketing operations
