What you will do

• Lead entire architectural projects from initial budget planning to final implementation.
• Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring adherence to quality, schedule, and contractual goals.
• Manage the procurement of construction bids and selection of contractors.
• Mediate construction contracts and maintain client relationships.
• Provide mentorship and support for the Healthcare Studio staffing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in architectural project management.
• Proven experience in Healthcare Design is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of NYS building codes.
• Excellent planning and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Nice to have

• Registered Architect status.
• Experience with Microsoft Project.
