What you will do

• Lead and support multiple Field Leads and teams across concurrent project sites.
• Develop and execute daily and weekly work plans to meet project milestones.
• Manage on-site budgets, labor allocation, and material resources.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to maintain schedules.
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field operations, construction, utilities, or infrastructure.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or multi-site leadership role.
• OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Proven ability to manage project schedules, logistics, and on-site budgets.
• Must be willing to travel extensively throughout the assigned region on a weekly basis.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in diverse project environments.
