What you will do

• Plan, budget, and direct commercial projects including office, retail renovations, and new developments.
• Oversee the complete project lifecycle from conceptual development to close out.
• Coordinate activities between clients, design consultants, contractors, and property managers.
• Monitor on-site contractors to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts and approve project costs and invoices.
• Formulate progress reports and status updates regarding costs and scheduling.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably in commercial construction.
• Degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook) and Procore software.
• Strong leadership, mathematical, and accounting skills for budgeting and pricing.
• Knowledge of building design, methods, and procedures (architectural, structural, MEP).
• Valid US work authorization is required.
