Contracts Manager

Location: Hybrid in Loveland, Colorado; Glen Allen, Virginia; Wood Dale, Illinois; or London, Ontario, Canada

Compensation: CAD 95,000–105,000 per year in Canada; USD 100,000–110,000 per year in the US, plus potential bonus pay.

What you will do

• Review, draft, redline, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts and amendments.
• Partner with sales, purchasing, corporate teams, and other stakeholders to move agreements from intake through execution.
• Identify contractual risks, recommend practical solutions, and escalate non-standard issues.
• Manage multiple agreements while maintaining accuracy, quality, and responsiveness.
• Improve contract processes, templates, reporting, and obligation tracking.
• Use contract management workflows and AI technology to maintain clean records and visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor degree.
• 4–5+ years of experience in business law, with an emphasis on contract drafting, negotiation, and review.
• Experience reviewing, revising, negotiating, and summarizing customer and supplier agreements.
• Knowledge of contractual, indemnification, and insurance concepts.
• Experience with document tracking or contract lifecycle management systems and AI technology.
