Salary: $175K – $220K + Equity

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations within the Satellite Assembly, Integration & Test (AIT) facility.
• Manage overall production processes, including work order planning, shift staffing, and operational KPI tracking.
• Coach and develop a highly effective production team while maintaining high standards of safety and performance.
• Assume full ownership of the master production schedule to optimize workforce efficiency and equipment capacity.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, facilities functions, and the development of the production budget.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Program Management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisor or manager role within a scaled production facility for complex engineered products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
• Proficiency in Lean manufacturing and TPM fundamentals; Six Sigma knowledge is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MES/QA digital systems and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to hire and mentor others.

Nice to have

• Experience in Space industry or Aerospace & Defense (A&D) manufacturing.
• Experience with products requiring extensive hardware and software assembly, integration, and testing.
