What you will do

• Lead daily plant operations to ensure safety, quality, and production targets are consistently met.
• Allocate staffing and resources based on production plans and demand.
• Implement Lean practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Track and analyze KPIs to implement corrective actions for performance gaps.
• Partner with supply chain, finance, and operations teams to meet service and cost goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a multi-shift manufacturing environment.
• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven experience leading projects or process improvement initiatives.
• Authorization to work in the US without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in chemical, industrial, or process manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
• Experience with KPI reporting and cost analysis.
