What you will do

• Own the workshop operating budget and deliver financial targets including revenue, product margin, and profitability.
• Lead daily workshop operations to ensure production, delivery, and quality objectives are met.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives to optimize throughput, equipment utilization, and material flow.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with HSE policies and regulations.
• Lead and develop supervisors and employees through performance management and succession planning.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to support business development and procurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing or industrial operations leadership experience.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, production planning, quality systems, and HSE.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Florence, AL.
